Troy dedicated an entire long weekend to us taking us on tour after tour (we must’ve seen close to 45 homes!). Many of the homes we added last-minute, but Troy and his amazing team somehow managed to get us into every single one on very short notice. He came fully prepared with detailed property information, took thorough notes at each showing, and made sure we had everything we needed to make informed decisions at the end of each day. He provided true full-service support picking us up from our hotel, driving us to every property, buying us lunch, and dropping us off at the end of the day. His knowledge of Frisco and the surrounding areas was unmatched. He guided us through everything from school districts and commute times to future developments and neighborhood logistics. When it came time for negotiations, the seller’s agent made things challenging, but Troy handled it with persistence and professionalism. He stayed on top of every detail and got us to the closing table early! His assistant, Maleny, was also fantastic keeping us informed every step of the way and ensuring a smooth transaction. At closing, Troy and his team went above and beyond again with a thoughtful gift for us and even one for our baby. Since closing, Troy has continued to check in, helped us with the homeowner’s tax exemption process, and even arranged to have his electrician come out the very next day to install lighting before we moved in.
